Inveo Assets Builder

This manual applies only to the program version v0.xx onwards. Inveo does not guarantee that the information contained in this document applies to previous firmware revisions.

Purpose of the application

The application is used for uploading images and animations into Proxer's memory.

The program can be used on computers running Microsoft Windows.

Program configuration

After running the installation program, follow the instructions shown on the screen.

Using the Inveo Assets Builder software

Uploading images

Information

File parameters:

- Extension: .jpg, .png, .bmp
- Dimensions: height: 272px, width 480px

  1. Run the Inveo Assets Builder software.
  2. Open the folder containing a file meeting the above requirements.
  3. Drag the file from the folder and drop it in the Drop file here field. An access path will be displayed and the photo itself will apear in the field below.
  4. Assign a name that will be displayed on the configuration page to the image. Maximum length: 40 characters, special characters count as 3 letters.
  5. Select the memory index, the image will be saved to. Indexes from 0 to 3 are reserved by the reader and can not be overwritten or changed.
  6. Enter the reader's IP address (default 192.168.111.15) and the access password (default: admin).
  7. Send the photo to the reader by clicking Upload Photo. A message string ending with File uploaded successfully should appear in the Output field.

Uploading animations

Information

File parameters:

- Extension: .gif
- Dimensions: height 272px, width 480px
- Maximum size file: 1MB

  1. Run the Inveo Assets Builder software.
  2. Open the folder containing a file meeting the above requirements.
  3. Drag the file from the folder and drop it in the Drop file here field. An access path will be displayed and the animation itself will apear in the field below.
  4. Assign a name that will be displayed on the configuration page to the animation. Maximum length: 40 characters, special characters count as 3 letters.
  5. Select the memory index, the animation will be saved to. Indexes from 0 to 3 are reserved by the reader and can not be overwritten or changed.
  6. Enter the reader's IP address (default 192.168.111.15) and the access password (default: admin).
  7. Send the animation to the reader by clicking Upload Animation. A message string ending with ??? should appear in the Output field.
